Immaculately clean hotel, excellent co-operating staff & particularly good location kinda close to everything. A nice size rooms with a medium sized toilet and ashtray, for instance, good service. Lots of options for satisfactory breakfast.

Celebrating New Year’s Eve at this hotel was an amazing experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with great views. The breakfast had a good variety of food including delicious croissants and fresh fruit juice. The location was excellent as it was close to many local attractions and convenient for getting around the city.

There were a few negative aspects about my stay. The walls were a bit thin, I could hear some noise from the next room.

The location of Mena Plaza Taif was perfect for exploring the city center. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of options. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Although my Thanksgiving stay had some redeeming qualities, the negatives outweigh the positives. there were two complementary factors that were offered, and free Wi-Fi was a small consolation prize. the hotel was in a convenient location that was close to shops and dining options. Dislikes: Unfortunately, my stay was not as enjoyable as I had hoped. the room was outdated, dirty, and had a musty smell. the bathroom was just as underwhelming and lacked basic amenities. the worst part of my stay there was the rude and unprofessional staff who were not helpful at all. my Thanksgiving stay was a huge disappointment, and I would not recommend staying there.

We appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and friendly staff. The location in old Ta'if provided easy access to nearby services and the Alruddaf new park, which was an amazing experience. We also loved the hotel's proximity to the very center of the city, making it convenient to travel anywhere.
